Welcome to the SITA solution design workshop registration page. You have been invited to attend this event, which will be taking place at the Silken Puerta America hotel in Madrid, Spain from Monday 25th April through till Friday 29th April 2016. Please read the information below and register your information before 7th April to confirm your attendance.

Departures

Charges - Accommodation and Day Delegate costs

Accommodation will be booked at the Silken Puerta America hotel on your behalf based on your arrival and departure dates indicated on the registration form. You will need to pay for your bed and breakfast and any additional extras upon check-out of the hotel along with a day delegate charge of €96.00 per day. The cost at the hotel for bed and breakfast in a double room for single occupancy is €116.00 per room per night (€131 for double occupancy). Should you need to amend your details at any time please log back into the registration system before the 7th April to make your changes. Alternatively please notify a member of the event team as soon as possible.

Flights

Flights have not been arranged for you on this occasion. Please arrange your own flights so that you are able to attend the event from Monday through till Friday.

VISA's

Visa's should be obtained at your local embassy as soon as possible to ensure they are received before your trip. If you are unsure that you need a visa please contact your local embassy who will be able to help. Should you need any assistance with hotel visa letters please contact the event team accordingly.

Should you require an invitation letter from the SITA Madrid Office, this can be requested from: Lucia Casanova (lucia.casanova@sita.aero) provisioning the following details:

Ground Transfers

Please note that transfers between the airport and the hotel are not included and you will need to pay for these directly. We would advise getting a taxi from outside the airport which usually costs around €30 and takes around 15/20 minutes depending on local traffic.

Hotel Information Silken Puerta America Hotel

The Silken Puerta America offers exclusive and avant-garde design, by world-famous architects including Norman Foster, Jean Nouvel and Zaha Hadid. It has an indoor pool and Turkish bath.

Each floor of the Silken Puerta America was created by a different international architect. Guests choose from photos of available room designs on arrival. Rooms have 1 queen-size or 2 twin beds, and flat-screen LCD TVs.

The hotel restaurant serves modern versions of traditional Spanish food. There is also a terrace and garden, and a top-floor bar with incredible views of Madrid.

Located on Avenida de América Avenue, the Puerta America is just a 5-minute walk from the exclusive Salamanca neighbourhood, and Paseo de la Castellana and Bernabéu Football Stadium are both about 30 minutes'' walk away.
